1. Information on this Promotion (“Promotion”) and how to participate in the Promotion forms part of these terms and conditions. Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter is DREAME INTERNATIONAL (HONG KONG) LIMITED (ABN 83 621 872 799) Suite 105, Level 1, 3 Rider Boulevard, Rhodes NSW 2138 and its agents in the Promotion, including their officers, employees, and agents (collectively called the “Promoter”) For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter does not include the Prize Supplier as defined in clause 2A or Trade Promotions and Lotteries Pty Ltd (TPAL), which has obtained the relevant permits for the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter.

2A. Luxury Escapes Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 16 150 650 927) (“Prize Supplier”) supplies the travel package component of the Prize to the Promoter. The Prize Supplier is not the Promoter. The Prize Supplier does not conduct, administer or operate this Promotion, does not receive or process entries, does not conduct the draw, does not select or verify the winner, and does not hold any permit, authority or licence in connection with this Promotion. All entries, enquiries, claims and complaints in connection with this Promotion must be directed to the Promoter and must not be directed to the Prize Supplier. References to the Prize Supplier in these terms and conditions are for the purpose of describing the Prize only, and do not indicate that the Prize Supplier endorses, sponsors or is associated with the Promoter or any Participating Product. Nothing in these terms and conditions creates any contract, agency, partnership or joint venture between the Prize Supplier and any entrant. The Prize Supplier supplies the Travel Credit described in clause 15 to the Promoter. It is the responsibility of the Promoter to issue the Travel Credit to the winner. Redemption of the Travel Credit is governed by the Luxury Escapes promotional code terms and booking terms referred to in clause 15, and not by these terms and conditions.

3. The Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDT on 12 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 24 December 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Information collection will end at 11:59pm AEDT on 24 December 2026 to facilitate data processing. All eligible purchases and entry submissions must be completed within this period. The Promoter’s decision is final, subject to applicable law.

4. This Promotion is only open to Australian residents 18 years or over, who purchase a participating Dreame product from the eligible range set out in clause 6 below (“Participating Products”) from a participating Australian authorised sales agent of Dreame during the Promotional Period. A list of participating Australian authorised sales agent of Dreame will be available on the Promotion webpage. Multiple entries are permitted per person (1x purchase per entry). The entrant must obtain and retain the original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Eligibility is limited to purchasers of Participating Products listed in clause 6 only. Purchasers of other Dreame product categories not listed in clause 6 are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The winner may reside anywhere in Australia – see clause 15 for further detail regarding travel to the prize departure city.

5. Employees of the Promoter, the Prize Supplier, participating sales agents, retailers, and agencies associated with the Promotion (and their immediate families) are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

6. To qualify for this Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must purchase at least one (1) of the participating products listed below, from the Dreame Beauty & Personal Care range (“Participating Products”).

7. The Promoter does not guarantee that all Participating Products will have sufficient inventory for purchase throughout the Promotional Period, including from all participating Australian authorised sales agents of Dreame.

8. “Purchase” means an order placed in a single transaction and payment made in full for a Participating Product during the Promotional Period from a participating Australian authorised sales agent of Dreame. A purchase may include one or more Participating Products. “Participating Australian authorised sales agent of Dreame” means only retail partners of Dreame (including authorised online retail partners) approved by Dreame. Participating Australian retailers including: Harvey Norman / The Good Guys / JB Hifi / Betta Electrical / Bi-Rite / Retravision / David Jones / Bing Lee. “Purchase” does not include:

• Orders not paid in full;
• Purchases made via eBay or other online third party bidding or auction websites;
• Purchases of second-hand products;
• Purchases by Dreame staff (and their immediate families);
• Purchases made through any online discounter;
• Purchases made through an unauthorised sales agent or seller.

Participating retailers may be updated from time to time and will be identified on the Promotion webpage.

9. The Promoter recommends that, prior to purchasing a Participating Product, the Eligible Entrant verifies that the retailer is authorised to participate in this Promotion.

10. Once the Eligible Entrant satisfies the eligibility requirements set out in clause 4, they must complete (and submit) the official entry form located at https://winwithdreame.com.au/ to enter the Promotion. The Eligible Entrant must include the following details on the official entry form: their first name, last name (name on entry form and receipt must be the same), contact phone number, nominated email address, Dreame product serial number, purchase receipt number, purchase receipt date and store of purchase. Eligible Entrants must purchase the Participating Products during the Promotional Period and submit their entry by 11:59pm AEDT on 24 December 2026. No entries will be accepted or processed after this date.

11. Entry into the Promotion will be conducted exclusively online; therefore, Eligible Entrants must submit their entries through the official online entry form.

12. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) one (1) entry is required for each Participating Product purchased during the Promotional Period; and (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements set out in clause 10. For clarification, where an entrant purchases more than one Qualifying Product in a single transaction, the entrant will receive one entry only.

13. Prize Draw: All valid entries received during the Promotional Period will go into a single prize draw. One (1) winner will be randomly selected on 4 January 2027 at 1:00pm AEDT at Level 13, 477 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000. The draw will be conducted in the presence of an independent scrutineer on a government approved compliant electronic random draw system (www.randomdraws.com.au). The winner will be subject to validation per the Official Rules.

14. The Prize comprises (a) one (1) Luxury Escapes Maldives holiday package, with a value of up to AUD $20,000, based on the recommended retail value of a comparable package as at 14 August 2026; and (b) the Travel Credit described in clause 15. The actual value of the Prize may vary depending on travel dates, availability, point of departure and exchange rates at the time of booking. No compensation, cash or otherwise, is payable if the actual value of the Prize is less than the stated value. The flight component of the Prize is based on a charter flight service which is operated by a third-party air operator and made available by the Prize Supplier, and which currently departs from Melbourne only. Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Supplier guarantees that the charter service will operate, or that it will operate on any particular date. Indicative Prize inclusions are set out in clause 15A. The Prize is not transferable, is not exchangeable, and (except where required by law) is not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

The total prize pool for this Promotion is up to AUD $20,500, comprising the Luxury Escapes Maldives holiday package valued at up to AUD $20,000 and the Travel Credit of AUD $500 described in clause 15.

15. Because the flight component of the Prize departs from Melbourne only, the Prize also includes one (1) Luxury Escapes promotional code to the value of AUD $500 (inclusive of GST) (“Travel Credit”), which the winner may apply towards the cost of domestic flights to Melbourne to connect with the charter departure.

The Travel Credit is supplied by the Prize Supplier to the Promoter, and is issued by the Promoter to the winner. The Prize Supplier has no obligation to the winner in relation to the issue of the Travel Credit. All enquiries regarding the issue of the Travel Credit must be directed to the Promoter.

The Travel Credit:

(a) is redeemable only at luxuryescapes.com and only against Australian domestic flights;

(b) must be redeemed in a single transaction. It has no residual value, and no refund, credit or cash will be provided for any unused portion;

(c) expires on 31 December 2027 and cannot be extended, reissued or replaced if lost, deleted, expired or unused;

(d) is not redeemable for cash, is not transferable once issued to the winner, and cannot be resold;

(e) cannot be combined with any other promotional code, voucher or offer;

(f) does not cover seat selection, additional baggage, change fees, fare differences, booking fees or any other ancillary charge; and

(g) is subject to Luxury Escapes website terms of use and booking terms available at https://luxuryescapes.com/au/terms-and-conditions, which apply in addition to these terms and conditions.

Where the total cost of the booking exceeds AUD $500, the winner is solely responsible for the difference. Where the winner does not require domestic flights to connect with the charter departure, the Travel Credit is still issued but no cash or other alternative will be provided in its place. If the Travel Credit is not redeemed before the expiry date, it will be forfeited.

15A. The Prize is expected to include, for the winner and one (1) travel companion:

(a) return international flights between Melbourne, Australia and Malé, Maldives;

(b) accommodation in the Maldives at a property (equivalent to a minimum 4-star rating) selected by the Prize Supplier; and

(c) return transfers between Malé and the property.

The specific property, room category, number of nights, meal inclusions, transfer method and travel dates will be determined by the Prize Supplier and will be confirmed to the winner in writing at the time of prize fulfilment. All Prize inclusions are subject to availability and to the booking terms and conditions of the Prize Supplier and its suppliers. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier each reserve the right to substitute the Prize, or any component of the Prize, with a prize or component of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable permit conditions and to any written direction of a regulatory authority.

15B. Unless expressly stated, the Prize does not include: domestic flights or ground transport within Australia (other than as may be purchased using the Travel Credit under clause 15); travel insurance; passport, visa and vaccination costs; meals, beverages and activities not expressly included; minibar, laundry, spa, telephone, internet and other incidental charges; any tax, levy, resort fee, environmental or green tax, or compulsory surcharge payable locally, including any compulsory festive season dining surcharge; excess baggage charges; gratuities; and all other costs of a personal nature. The winner and the travel companion are responsible for all costs that are not expressly included in the Prize.

15C. The winner and the travel companion must each:

(a) be 18 years of age or over at the date of travel;

(b) hold a valid passport with a minimum of six (6) months validity beyond the intended date of return, and all visas and entry approvals required for travel;

(c) hold valid travel insurance for the full duration of travel, obtained at their own cost, and produce evidence of that insurance on request before travel; and

(d) travel together on the same itinerary.

Failure to satisfy any of these requirements may result in forfeiture of the Prize, and no cash or other alternative will be provided.

16. Prize Notification and Distribution: The winner will be notified through the registered email address provided at entry within 24 hours of the draw. The winner will be published on https://winwithdreame.com.au/ within 14 days of the draw. The winner must respond to the Promoter’s notification within 14 days of notification, and provide any information reasonably requested by the Promoter to verify their identity and eligibility, but the prize claim period will remain subject to the applicable statutory requirements and permit conditions. If the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond and/or provide the requested verification within this time, the Prize may be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternative winner by way of a redraw. Prize travel dates will be subject to availability and must be booked and taken within the redemption period specified by Luxury Escapes and/or the charter operator, as advised to the winner at the time of prize fulfilment. Winners’ names (last name, first initial, postcode, and state/territory) will be published on https://winwithdreame.com.au/ and the Promoter’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts, in compliance with applicable laws. The Prize must be booked by 30 June 2027 and all travel must be completed by 31 December 2027. If the Prize is not booked and taken within these periods, the Prize will be forfeited and no cash or other alternative will be provided.

16A. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner and the travel companion must each sign and return any documentation reasonably required by the Promoter or the Prize Supplier, including a deed of release and indemnity in favour of the Promoter and the Prize Supplier, and the Prize Supplier’s standard booking terms and conditions, within seven (7) days of being requested to do so. If the winner or the travel companion does not do so, the Promoter may, acting reasonably, treat the Prize as forfeited and conduct a redraw in accordance with clause 17.

17. Unclaimed Prize: If the Prize is not claimed by the winner selected on the Draw Date (including where the winner cannot be contacted, or fails to respond by 5:00pm AEDT 19 January 2027), an unclaimed prize draw will occur at the same time, location and manner as the original draw on 20 January 2027. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified within 24 hours of the draw via email and published on https://winwithdreame.com.au/ within 14 days of the unclaimed prize draw. The unclaimed prize winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification. This process will be repeated, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements, until the Prize is validly claimed or, where permitted by law and any applicable permit conditions, the Prize is not awarded.

18. The Prize, including all travel arrangements, is subject to the booking terms, conditions and availability of the Prize Supplier, the air operator, the accommodation provider, the transfer operator and any other third party supplier involved in the Prize. Those terms apply in addition to these terms and conditions and, to the extent of any inconsistency in relation to the supply of travel services, those terms prevail. If the charter flight service does not operate, is cancelled, is rescheduled, or is discontinued for any reason, the Prize Supplier may substitute alternative flights or an alternative travel package of equal or greater value. Neither the Promoter nor the Prize Supplier is responsible for, and neither gives any warranty in relation to, any aspect of travel, accommodation or related services provided by any third party, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.

19. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and claimants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence), and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions, tampered with the entry process, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

20. Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

21. The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

22. The Eligible Entrant must retain their original purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Failure to produce either the original or a copy of the purchase receipt when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of the Eligible Entrant’s entry and forfeiture of any right to the Prize.

23. The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability in relation to any delay in satisfying any claim for the Prize.

24. Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website for the purpose of entering the Promotion is at the cost of the Eligible Entrant.

25. Use of any automated entry software, or any other mechanical or electronic means, allowing an entrant to enter the Promotion automatically and repeatedly, is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

26. The Promoter makes no guarantee as to the availability of its web services and will not be held responsible for any interruption to service that may interfere with an entrant’s ability to participate in the Promotion.

27. If an event beyond the Promoter’s control causes an interruption to the processing or running of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority.

28. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any cost in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions or any other legal obligation of an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for that loss, damage and cost.

29. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this Promotion where the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.

30. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize (or its value) from the winner if the relevant purchased Participating Product is returned after the winner’s entry has been processed and the Prize fulfilled (other than for warranty reasons). This clause does not limit or affect the Eligible Entrant’s rights with regard to warranties on the Participating Product, either from the manufacturer or as implied by legislation.

31. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written direction from a regulatory authority made under applicable state or territory legislation.

32. These terms and conditions do not, nor do they purport to, limit, exclude or modify any non-excludable statutory guarantees provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other warranties (whether express or implied) under any state or federal legislation which cannot be excluded.

33. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including but not limited to where arising out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; or (d) any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Entrant.

33A. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth):

(a) the Prize Supplier, its related bodies corporate, and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (together, the “Prize Supplier Parties”) have no liability to any entrant, winner or travel companion arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, the Prize, or the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including any liability for personal injury, illness or death, or for any loss, damage, delay, disruption, cancellation or cost, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, and however arising, including from negligence;

(b) each entrant, and each person who accepts or travels on the Prize, releases the Prize Supplier Parties from all claims arising out of or in connection with the Promotion, the Prize, or the use or enjoyment of the Prize; and

(c) the Prize Supplier is not responsible for the conduct of the Promotion, the selection or verification of the winner, the accuracy of any statement made by the Promoter about the Prize, or any failure by the Promoter to comply with these terms and conditions or with any applicable permit or law.

34. Privacy and Direct Marketing

The Promoter collects and uses personal information about Eligible Entrants for the purposes of administering and conducting the Promotion, including processing entries, verifying eligibility, contacting entrants and the winner, awarding and fulfilling the Prize, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

By entering the Promotion, each Eligible Entrant consents to the Promoter collecting, using and, where applicable, disclosing their personal information for the purpose of direct marketing, including to provide the Eligible Entrant with information about products, services, promotions, offers, events and other marketing communications. This consent will remain in effect until withdrawn by the Eligible Entrant.

Such direct marketing may be undertaken by the Promoter or by third parties acting on behalf of, or in connection with, the Promoter, including the Promoter’s related bodies corporate, authorised retailers, distributors, service providers, contractors, agents, marketing partners and other promotional partners (Marketing Recipients).

Direct marketing may be conducted by email, SMS, telephone, post, social media, online advertising and other electronic or digital channels, subject to applicable law.

By entering the Promotion, the Eligible Entrant acknowledges and agrees that their personal information may be disclosed to the relevant Marketing Recipients for the purposes described above. The Promoter will only disclose personal information to third parties to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

This consent is not limited to the Promotional Period and will continue until withdrawn by the Eligible Entrant, subject to applicable law. An Eligible Entrant may withdraw their consent to direct marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe or opt-out facility provided in the relevant communication or by contacting the Promoter at customercare@dreame.com.au. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any use or disclosure that occurred before the withdrawal.

The Promoter will cease, or procure that the relevant Marketing Recipient ceases, direct marketing to the Eligible Entrant within the period required by applicable law following a valid opt-out request.

The Promoter will disclose the personal information of the winner and the travel companion, including full name as shown in their passport, date of birth, passport number and expiry, contact details and any dietary or accessibility requirements, to the Prize Supplier and its travel suppliers, for the sole purpose of arranging and fulfilling the Prize. The Prize Supplier will handle that information in accordance with its privacy policy at https://luxuryescapes.com/au/privacy-policy. If the winner redeems the Travel Credit, the Prize Supplier will collect and handle the winner’s booking information as a customer of the Prize Supplier, in accordance with the Prize Supplier’s privacy policy.

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion may be disclosed to recipients located outside Australia, including in Hong Kong (the Promoter and its related bodies corporate) and, in the case of the winner and the travel companion, in the Republic of Maldives and Singapore (accommodation, transfer and airline suppliers). Recipients located outside Australia may not be subject to the Australian Privacy Principles or to privacy laws that provide equivalent protection.

35. Lay-by purchases are not eligible for participation in this Promotion.

36. The Prize winner is solely responsible for any tax liabilities that may arise from receipt of the Prize and/or the Travel Credit and is required to make timely tax declarations with the relevant tax authorities, where applicable.

37. This Promotion is governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State or Territory in which the Entrant ordinarily resides, and by entering the Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable to the conduct of the Promotion in that state or territory.

38. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier each assume no liability for any risks, accidents or incidents of any nature that may occur during travel or use of the Prize, including the Travel Credit. All travel arrangements and activities are the sole responsibility of the winner.

39. Promotion is conducted subject to all applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory laws and any applicable permits, authorities or licence conditions. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude, restrict, or modify any mandatory rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable laws.
